Ziyanda Mncono-Chaule
A seasoned attorney with a deep passion
for Property Law and Labour Law.
Ziyanda completed her legal practical training
at LEAD, the Legal Education and Development
division of the Law Society of South Africa,
in Cape Town.
She is currently a Candidate for a Master of Laws
(LLM) in Labour Law at the University of the
Western Cape.
Before establishing ZMC Attorneys, Ziyanda spent
over ten years immersed in Labour Relations within
corporate South Africa. Her professional experience
includes African Bank, Iziko Museums of South Africa,
DSV and the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
This corporate grounding has given her practical
insight into workplace disputes, HR policy and
employee rights — experience she now brings directly
to her clients.
